The decision has sparked widespread concern, particularly as residents allege that no substantial justification was provided for such action. The move has raised fears that the project could once again be stalled, potentially displacing thousands of families.</div><div>Adding to the seriousness of the matter are allegations that, earlier in February 2025, a demand of ₹10 crore was made in connection with the project. It is further alleged that certain individuals, including a former corporator, misused provisions of the RTI Act to exert pressure on the developer.</div><div>Residents have also pointed out that similar notices were issued in a neighbouring SRA project involving over 2,000 families, even while judicial proceedings were underway. This has led to questions regarding procedural propriety and respect for ongoing court processes.</div><div>Senior citizens and long-time residents have expressed deep anxiety, stating that further delays would escalate costs and prolong their already long wait for secure housing. The affected residents have appealed to higher authorities and the media, urging intervention to ensure transparency, fairness, and timely completion of the project.</div><div>In light of the gravity of the situation and the number of families involved, the residents have appealed to Devendra Fadnavis, Chief Minister of Maharashtra, seeking his immediate intervention. They have urged the Chief Minister to examine the circumstances under which the administrative action was taken and to ensure that the redevelopment process is not obstructed without due cause. The residents have expressed confidence that timely directions from the State’s highest executive authority will help protect the housing rights of eligible beneficiaries and restore faith in the system.</div>

Our classical music and yoga, if introduced in schools—even if students simply listen—can help ease these issues and foster better outcomes in academics and any fields they pursue”.</div><div><br></div><div>A significant backdrop to the Mumbai initiative is the All-India Solo Cycling Yatra completed in 2024 by Dr. Kiran Seth, Founder-Chairman of SPIC MACAY. These autonomous or remotely operated vessels require minimal training, making them efficient, sustainable, and easy to use across varied conditions.</div><div>The Clearbot Alligator, the largest in the fleet, can clean up to 500 sq. m of water daily, collecting nearly a ton of water hyacinth and weeds in a single run.</div><div><br></div><div>The compact Class 2 vessel, designed for narrow waterways and shallow areas, carries up to 150 kg per mission.
