</div><br></div><div>New Delhi/Mumbai : In the early hours of May 7, the Indian Armed Forces launched Operation Sindoor—a coordinated series of 24 high-precision strikes on nine terror camps across the border in Pakistan. The operation was a direct response to last month’s brutal terrorist attack in Pahalgam, which claimed numerous lives and sparked national outrage. Reaffirming India’s resolve, the Defence Ministry stated, “Those responsible for the attack will be held accountable.”</div><div><br></div><div>The international response has been a blend of concern, caution, and conflicting positions. U.S. President Donald Trump expressed regret over the violence and called for de-escalation, a sentiment echoed by Secretary of State Marco Rubio, who said the situation was being closely monitored. Russia’s Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova urged both countries to step back from the brink, while France’s Foreign Minister Jean-Noel Barrot in an interview highlighted the need to protect civilian lives and avoid further escalation. Japan’s Chief Cabinet Secretary Yoshimasa Hayashi and UAE Foreign Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan also emphasized diplomacy and dialogue as the only sustainable path forward.</div><div><br></div><div>Amid the general calls for restraint, a few nations adopted firmer stances. Israel’s Ambassador to India, Reuven Azar, voiced unequivocal support for India, strongly condemning the Pahalgam attack and affirming India’s right to defend itself against terrorism. In contrast, China expressed concern but described India’s actions as “regrettable,” signaling disapproval. Turkey went further, siding with Pakistan and calling the strikes “unprovoked aggression”</div><div><br></div><div>United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres added a global perspective, urging maximum restraint from both sides and warning that the world cannot afford a confrontation between two nuclear-armed states. India has been proactive in its diplomatic outreach following the operation. External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar spoke with Qatar’s Prime Minister Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani. Meanwhile, National Security Advisor Ajit Doval engaged with his counterparts across the U.S., UK, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Japan, Russia, China, and France, including U.S. Secretary of State Rubio and UAE’s Sheikh Tahnoon.</div><div><br></div><div>Additionally, India has briefed both the Permanent and Non-Permanent members of the United Nations Security Council on Operation Sindoor.</div>

He will be seen sharing the screen space for the first time with Vivek Oberoi, Sooraj Pancholi, and debutant Akanksha Sharma in the epic drama, directed by Prince Dhiman. During the recently held trailer launch event, the legendary actor spoke about telling a story about India's historical warrior and opined how the Indian curriculum teaches more about Aurangzeb, Akbar, and others, but teaches less about Indian warriors. </div><div><br></div><div>Suniel Shetty shared, "We haven’t been taught about our history in schools and colleges. We’ve been taught about Aurangzeb, Akbar, and Birbal, but not about our heroes. I think that the time is now to tell those untold stories. The audience has changed. There are multiple mediums through which these stories can reach them, till the last mile, till the end user. I believe that we’ve forgotten that there is an audience who desires to watch films. They are responsible for the success and failure of a film."</div><div><br></div><div>He adds, "We think a film has achieved success when it looks successful on the financial table. But that’s not how it is. Unfortunately, we’ve been seeing this for the past few years. I think it’s important that we go back to the drawing table and take out such stories and narrate them in our own way. </div><br></div><div>Mumbai : A feature film depicting the glory and miracles of the Kuldevi of Marwari community "Mahasar Maa" is going to be produced soon. The title of this film, which is being made under the banner of Mahasar Movies, has been kept as "Mahasar Maa" so that along with the community, other devotees can also know about the mother. This film will be directed by Sunny Agarwal, who has been active in Bollywood for many years.</div><div>Recently, the Muhurat of this film was completed with a song at Gravity Studios, Goregaon (Mumbai). On the same occasion, Bollywood's well-known DOP and producer Aseem Bajaj was present to wish the film's team. The music of this film has been composed by Bhimesh Dwivedi and the lyricist is Raman Dwivedi, while singer Divya Kumar has sung the title song.</div><div>The producers of the film are Shridhar Gupta, Deepak Agarwal and the executive producers are Santosh Pansari and Rajkumar Singhal.</div><div>Director Sunny Agarwal said that the shooting of this film will start next month and will be released on the auspicious occasion of Diwali. Apart from Bollywood actors, new actors will also act in the film. Hema Malini and Mukesh Khanna have been contacted but their permission is still awaited.</div><div>Sunny further said that I have made about 50 films but this film will be very good with the blessings of Mahasar Maa. Shridhar Gupta ji has built a temple of Mata and has also built a Dharamshala for the devotees to stay. I have also gone there and found myself fortunate to have the darshan of Maa.</div><div>Producer Shridhar Gupta said that the temple of Mahasar Maa is located in Mahendragarh district of Haryana state. Mata ji is the Kuldevi of thousands of families along with my house and a big fair is organized there every year during both Navratris. According to the belief, devotees of Mata reach to take her blessings at the time of Mundan Sanskar and marriage of their children. We all have seen the miracle of Mahasar Maa directly. I myself was struggling in Mumbai and was living in a financial crisis but I got the blessings of Mata ji and I became prosperous. After the making of this film, people will get to know Mahasar Maa well and will reach her court to seek blessings.</div>

</div>Chhattisgarh Govt sign MoU in presence of CM Shri Vinshu Deo Sai to open CMAI Textile and Apparel Centre in Raipur</div><div><br></div><div>Mumbai : In a significant step towards accelerating growth in textile and apparel sector, Clothing Manufacturers Association of India (CMAI) inked a MoU with the Chhattisgarh State in the august presence of Shri Vishnu Deo Sai, Hon’ble Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh to formalise a strategic partnership during the ongoing FAB Show 2025 in Mumbai.</div><div><br></div><div>The MoU marks a new chapter of cooperation between the State and the national apparel industry body, signifying the State’s proactive intent to boost investments, generate employment, and strengthen its position as a competitive hub for textile and garment manufacturing in India.</div><div><br></div><div>Highlighting the significance of this partnership, Vishnu Deo Sai, Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh, said, “The partnership between CMAI and Chhattisgarh will provide a significant boost to the Textile & Apparel industry in our State. Our focus remains on encouraging MSMEs in this sector. We have approved the establishment of a NIFT institute in Raipur, with an investment of ₹271 crore. This will undoubtedly provide strong impetus to the State’s Textile & Clothing ecosystem. With NIFT’s presence in the state and our partnership with CMAI, we are confident that these indigenous textiles will gain further momentum.</div><div><br></div><div>Our new Investment Policy aligns with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ‘Viksit Bharat’ vision, and we are actively working towards a ‘Viksit Chhattisgarh’. We are also extending special benefits to industries employing more than 1,000 local people—a benefit widely availed by the textile and clothing industry.
