Mumbai (Nilesh Khandare): The JBG Invincible Women’s Run and Pinkathon have partnered with Glenmark and Bank of Baroda for their second edition, focusing on women’s empowerment. The event is designed to inspire women to embrace a healthier lifestyle and take control of their financial independence, with a lineup of running categories including 3K, 5K, 10K, as well as ultra-distances like 100K and 75K, promoting fitness while raising awareness about women’s health issues, particularly breast cancer.

The press conference was attended by key figures such as Milind Soman, creator of Pinkathon, and Ankita Konwar, founder of Invincible Women’s Run, along with Dr. Nikita V. Raut of Bank of Baroda and Ravindra Rai, MD & CEO of BOBCARD Limited. Milind Soman emphasized the partnership’s potential to amplify the movement of health, strength, and empowerment, while Dr. Nikita V. Raut highlighted Bank of Baroda’s ongoing efforts to support women’s well-being through initiatives like the Baroda Mahila Shakti Savings Account and the Baroda Mahila Swavalamban Business Loan.

Ravindra Rai introduced BOBCARD LIMITED’s TIARA Card, a women-centric financial product offering exclusive benefits in health, lifestyle, and more, aimed at empowering women financially. The collaboration underscores the interconnectedness of physical, emotional, and financial well-being in fostering a more equitable society.

Ankita Konwar added that the Invincible Women’s Run provides a safe, inclusive space for women to challenge themselves and connect with a supportive community. Pre-event activities such as the Fearless Midnight Run and Surya Namaskar in Saree are designed to engage women, fostering excitement and encouraging holistic wellness ahead of the main event.
