Mumbai : According to Dimple Darshan Kumar Chadha, owner of Chadha Developers and Promoters Pvt. Ltd., Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde always works in the interest of the poor. Everyone dreams of having a house of their own. Be it rich or poor. But to fulfill this dream, a poor person has to face many difficulties while struggling with financial conditions. Now the dream of the poor to have their own house is going to come true. The only reason for the fulfillment of this dream is Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde. The Chief Minister of the state is proving to be the messiah of the poor.
Mr. Chadha said that although I am a resident of Delhi, I have been associated with Maharashtra for twenty years.
Twenty-five years ago, I used to go to Mumbai with my father in connection with real estate work. Due to our property and real estate, we have a lot of land in Punjab and Delhi.
Due to my attachment to Mumbai and Maharashtra, I have bought more than 155 acres of land near Wangani in Thane district of Maharashtra in 2005, 2007.
Every poor person dreams of having his own house, if not now then soon. For this reason, the construction work of a building under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana has started in partnership with my company Chadha Developers and Promoters and MHADA (PPP) in Karaav and Shil village near Wangani in Thane.
He further said that I have promised to provide every facility to the poor here. There are schools, club houses, gardens, hospitals, 24-hour water supply, buses to and from the station. I am providing the facility of more than 50 such mini buses which builders do for people. I am trying to provide more facilities to the poor than that. After all, the poor are also human beings, they should also get all the facilities that rich people get, this is my wish.
People are booking houses here by paying only Rs. 5,000. As of today, construction work of more than 5000 flats is going on. More than 80 buildings are under construction in Thane. Poor customers are not getting loans from banks due to poor civil construction during the Covid disaster. Due to this, they are not able to pay the money. Construction work is going on continuously day and night. We have made preparations to give possession to customers in 1000 flats during the Ganpati festival. But due to the customers' loan not being approved, there is a shortage of money in such a big project. Due to which people may face delay in flat possession. For this reason, we met Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and gave him all the information related to the projects and asked for his help in this regard, at that time the Chief Minister decided that the beneficiaries of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana are poor. They do not have the power to buy a house. If they are getting their own one BHK house at a low price under the partnership of Chadha Developers and Promoters and MHADA, then being the Chief Minister on behalf of the government, I am ready to help your company as much as possible to get possession for those poor people as soon as possible and to fulfill their dream.
Mr. Chadha further said that it is the greatness of the Chief Minister that he has expressed his sympathy by writing a letter for the poor and is standing shoulder to shoulder with the poor.
