He registered his banner VSN Production in the Producer Association and produced a short film on de-addiction to create awareness among the younger generation, which received several awards. He also keeps organising several fashion shows. But his goal in Bollywood is to do something big. He made the film 'Aakhri Gabbar' with forty dwarfs working in films, which was a unique effort. Then during the lockdown, the Marathi film 'Ek Hota Lekhak' starring comedian Sunil Pal was released, in which he was associated as a co-producer. Sandeep Nagarale is planning to produce a big budget Hindi film which will be the story of a hidden gangster. He will soon complete its script and then approach a famous actor.
Sandeep has been offered a role in a Marathi film 'Uthaw'.

Sandeep Nagrale has also received the Maharashtra Ratna Award 2023, Legend Dadasaheb Phalke Award, Maharashtra Ratna Award and Mahatma Gandhi Ratna Award for his notable work in social work including Bollywood.
