Story: In the bustling city of Bhopal, a construction site promised a future of towering ambition. Rampal, a labourer with dreams etched in sweat and calloused hands could see a better life for his daughter, Gauraiya. Fate, however, had a different design. One fateful day, as the sun hung low, Gauraiya’s laughter danced amidst the concrete and steel. In a cruel twist, the ground crumbled beneath her, swallowing her into the yawning mouth of a bore well. Panic seized Rampal's heart as he called for help, the echoes of his cries rippling through the site. Amidst the chaos, Gauraiya's elder sister, Sapna, stood on the fringes of the turmoil, her heart heavy with her burdens. Her marriage to Amit had crumbled under the weight of dowry demands, leaving her heartbroken and disillusioned. Well there are many issues raised though this intriguing story. What happens to Gauraiya and whether Sapna’s mother in law changes her attitude forms the crux of the story.
Direction: Debut director Gabriel Vats has the guts to release Gauraiya Live along with two mega budget films,”Maidaan” and Bade Miya Chote Miya. The direction owing to being the first time director is good enough. Kudos to his spirit in spite of having financial hiccups he and his team stood together and the release of his first film is proof enough for him to exist in this cut throat glitz and glamour world.
Performances: Every actor has performed his/her character exuberantly adding life to this lively heart-wrenching saga of  this little girl stuck in the bore well.
Editing/screenplay/cinematography-Owing to lose screenplay which is the backbone of the film falls flat as insertions of fast forward and flashback scenes don’t match to the ,”T.” However the intriguing story line keeps everyone glued to the screen sitting on the edge of the seat we could feel the anxieties of the audiences. A fast paced editing towards the end is the saving grace for the film. Cinematography is proper and apt for the story line. The location was aptly chosen.
Music/lyrics/songs-Music, lyrics and songs are the highlight of the film. Well penned lyrics and pepping emotional songs will surely allure the audiences. Soothing music creates emotions within the listeners.
All in all a must watch movie as children falling into the pen bore-well is often happening all over the nation. We can all profess this phrase, “Precaution is better than cure”
