Mr. Miss and Mrs. Face of Panache Runways is a flagship annual event by Fashion Designer Vishal Kapoor (VK) and the versatile Snehlata is grateful that, VK along with National Head Habib Mithiborwala and Mrs. Sangita Alsi not only gave her the opportunity to become a part of this glamorous event but also a chance to be on hoardings across Mumbai.
Having several attributes professionally - MBBS, MD Anesthesiology (critical care and pain), Diploma in Skin Aesthetics, Trichology and Obesity Management from International affiliate of GCTA, Australia, the multi-talented Dr. Snehlata Gedam has been working for cancer patients since last 16 years and at the same time also participating in Dockwalk and other beauty pageants.
A medical consultant at Siddhivinayak hospital, Vikhroli, Dr. Snehlata is also into training medical and paramedical staff for BLS (Basic life support) and ACLS. Besides, working for one of the most stressful branches of medicine (Anesthesia). However, despite having a tedious work-schedule the beauty with brains never shied away from pursuing her passion.
Dr. Snehlata is also an active member of ICCW (Internal Complaint Committee for Women) and have been working towards women empowerment and upliftment - making them aware of sexual harassment at work places.
Lastly, Dr. Snehlata deeply thankful to her husband Dr. Prashant Gedam, mother Nirmala Mohakar and her twins who have always supported her throughout - becoming her real inspiration and strength.
