Mumbai: Bright Outdoor Media Limited –a leading name in India's Out-Of-Home (OOH) advertising industry – is marking the birthday of its Founder and CMD, Dr Yogesh Lakhani, on September 25 with a series of meaningful initiatives aimed at helping those most in need.

In keeping with Dr Lakhani’s commitment to social responsibility and his desire to give back to society, especially the underprivileged, Team Bright organised a blood donation camp at the Royal Complex Borivali West, Mumbai, to support patients in need, encouraged voluntary blood donation and help save countless lives, around 50 people donated the blood in this camp. In a country where the demand for blood is constant, such initiatives provide invaluable support to patients and hospitals.

Given Dr Lakhani’s strong focus on healthcare, Bright is also sponsoring dialysis for many needy patients at the Ramaben Shah Dialysis Centre in Kandivali, Mumbai. The free dialysis initiative will bring much-needed relief to patients battling kidney-related ailments who cannot afford the high costs of regular dialysis treatment.

His compassion extends beyond health and wellness to food distribution that supports disadvantaged communities. 

Dr Lakhani will lead Bright Outdoor Media in distributing free meals to underprivileged individuals in Borivali and to over 4,000 people, including children, in Adivasi villages in Bhiwandi. The initiative will continue with food distribution at the Bal Bhavan (Orphanage) at Veera Desai, Andhakshi Ashram and at Vimala Dermatological Centre, Andheri West, Mumbai.

Bright thus hopes to make Dr Lakhani’s birthday not just a personal milestone, but a celebration of giving, especially in this festival season, where kindness, empathy and service take on even greater meaning.
