Mumbai : Prime Minister Narendra Modi's birthday is being celebrated as Seva Pakhwada Day across the country. BJP's state vice-president and Minority Front Maharashtra SM Khan organized a program on October 5th evening at MHADA ground near Oshiwara metro station in Jogeshwari West to honor 10 thousand needy Ladli sisters by distributing sarees and suits as gifts to them. Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis's wife Amrita Fadnavis, who was present as the chief guest in the program, praised the program and said that SM Khan has organized an inspirational program by honoring Ladli sisters with gifts. She said that BJP is determined to take women forward and increase their respect. On this occasion, BJP Mumbai President Adv. Ashish Shelar, BJP Maharashtra General Secretary Sanjay Kumar Kenekar, Mumbai General Secretary Sanjay Upadhyay, State Vice President Ejaz Deshmukh, Asif Khan (Guddu), Maharashtra President of BJP Minority Cell with rank (Minister of State) Idrish Multani, BJP Minority Cell Mumbai President Wasim Khan and local MLA Dr. Bharti Lavekar were present.
SM Khan said that after distribution in the program, the remaining sarees and suits will be distributed to Ladli sisters in the office for a month. It is expected that in the coming time, SM Khan's responsibility can be increased by the party. SM Khan's public relations office is in Jogeshwari West, Anand Nagar under Versova Assembly. He help everyone selflessly and free so that women and local people get the benefit of all the government schemes.
