Vashu Bhagnani Industries Ltd. (VBIL), previously known as Pooja Entertainment and Films Ltd., is set to begin a new era of growth and diversification. With over four decades in the Indian film industry, VBIL has produced over 40 landmark films like Biwi No.1, Coolie No.1, Rehnaa Hain Terre Dil Mein, Pyaar Kiya Toh Darna Kya, Bade Miya Chhote Miya along many more and it’s evident through these films that VBIL has consistently upheld its commitment to creative excellence and captivating storytelling throughout its remarkable journey.

While rumours have been floating that VBIL is selling its iconic office in Juhu, the production house clarifies that there is no truth to it. Instead, it is undergoing a significant redevelopment that is set to redefine the Mumbai skyline. Partnering with Pooja Leisure and Lifestyle, VBIL has announced plans to transform its Juhu office into a luxurious 16-storey residential tower, Pooja Luminaire. This ambitious project is expected to yield profits exceeding ₹400 crore, marking the company's bold foray into the real estate sector.

Pooja Luminaire is expected to become a landmark in Juhu, offering premium living spaces that reflect VBIL’s dedication to quality and innovation.

Veteran producer and businessman Vashu Bhagnani expressed his excitement about the new venture, saying, "At VBIL, we’ve always been driven by a commitment to pushing boundaries—whether in filmmaking or construction.
