The much anticipated movie, Ved, is making all the noise for all the right reasons, starring actor Riteish Deshmukh and actress Genelia has hit the theatres today. Ved marks the directorial debut of the former and sees Genelia's debut in the Marathi film industry 

The movie promotions have hit all the right chords with the melodious tracks which are topping all charts. Top with the scintillating chemistry of the lead actors in the trailer, the movie looks set to end in 2022 on a blockbuster note at the ticket counter.

The film received thumbs up from notable film industry professionals after a special screening. Lagaan director Ashutosh Gowariker shared on his Twitter account, "What a SPARKLING debut as a Director @Riteishd with #Ved - a wholesome entertainer!! Meanwhile, Ravi Jadhav, shared a post saying, "Riteish - Genelia and my family's relationship is beyond friends. Yesterday, I saw the movie 'Ved' which he fondly nurtured. Seeing them together on screen is a pleasant experience. Many incidents between these two make you laugh and suddenly bring tears to your eyes. The duet of experienced Ashok Saraf and Vidyadhar Joshi makes us think while laughing. Breaking all customs according to Ajay-Atul's music tradition. Every song when you listen to it every time, different narrative of it unfolds in front of you, touches our heart.
