Sony Entertainment Television's Historical drama Punyashlok Ahilyabai has been entertaining its viewers with its depiction of one of Indian History's legend, Ahilyabai Holkar. The story which has been captivating its audiences with its brilliant narration of events around Ahilybai’s life is much loved by fans across ages. Ahilyabai Holkar’s immense contribution to society, and her selfless attitude still continue to inspire many. In the upcoming episodes, we will get to see a strain in the relationship between Ahliyabai played by Aetashaa Sansgiri and Parvati played by Vallari Viraj owing to the misunderstanding created by Dwarka Bai. While on-screen, these two actors share a strained relationship, but off screen, they get along like a house on fire. In a candid conversation, both the actors talk about the current track and their bond off-screen.

Recounting how Aetashaa and her were good friends since childhood, Vallari shared,"Offscreen we have known each other for the past 8-9 years, from when I was in school and she was in college. We used to go to dance classes together and she used to pick me up in her scooty. We were friends for a long time, and now meeting her on set and associating with her for work feels delightful. Talking about our on-screen bond, with the situation between Ahliya and Parvati taking a negative turn, there is a tussle between the two of them. Both are wives of Khanderao and so Parvati feels insecure about the trio's relationship with each other. As a wife, she wants her husband's complete attention but that is not the case here, unfortunately. But, while she tries to give Ahilya the benefit of doubt, Dwarka’s manipulation comes to play. As the story moves forward it will be interesting for the viewers to see whether their relationship will get better or not."

Aetashaa also remembered their childhood days and spoke about their ‘sisterly bond’, "I have known Vallari for the past 9 years now, and we share a very sisterly bond. Shooting with her for Punyashlok Ahilyabai is really fun, and during lunchtime, we share the food between ourselves. Whenever we get time in the break, we sit and talk with each other for long. Thus, working with each other is pretty cool as we have been friends for a long time and we know each other very well. Both of us have seen each other grow and I am blessed to be sharing my journey with her. Though our on-screen bond is taking its twist and turns, we laugh after our scenes get over. Working with a friend is always very comfortable and I absolutely love shooting with Vallari."

Tune in to Punyashlok Ahilyabai, every Monday -Friday at 7:30 pm only on Sony Entertainment Television!
