Recently, the first look of the Hindi film 'Tilak of Hindustan', which is based on gangwar was released at Hotel Grand Safari, Jaipur.
In the press conference, writer director Harish Kotian told that the film will be shot in many districts of Rajasthan including Jaipur.
It is worth noting that almost all the films based on gangsters, have achieved success in Bollywood. The lifestyle of the criminals is very much liked by the cinema audience, especially the younger sections, which is why the filmmakers also present special aspects related to their lives in a thrilling way on the silver screen.
A gangster drama is going to be produced under the Aayushi Films Private Limited banner. In this film, Surijit Singh Rathore, Mumbai Youth Vice President and Actor of Karni Sena, will play the role of a prominent criminal who was also the messiah for the poor.
The film will highlight the issue of casteism with serious crime like robbery, kidnapping, liquor smuggling.
Writer Director Harish Kotian has done a lot of research on the lives of many criminals in order to present the character in a powerful form on the silver screen. He also told that," when I first met Surjeet in Mumbai, I felt that this man could imbibe the character of my film". The issue of casteism will also be raised in this film.
Actor Surjit Singh Rathore has been preparing for several months to play the role of gangster in a true way. He said that," I keep reading a lot about criminals. Now I have started thinking seriously about their personality. I have also changed my style for this character. My homework is currently underway.
The film is titled 'Tilak of Hindustan', produced by Nikhil P. Rathore and Rashmi P. Rathore, co-producers Mahendra Jain and Gyanchand Devapathi, makeup director Jayant Thackeray and cinematographer R M Swamy. Bollywood actress Anukriti will be seen in an important role, as well as many famous faces of Bollywood will also be seen in the film.
