The objective of this event was to acknowledge India’s vibrant music industry — including its creators, businesses, and platforms that showcase the nation’s creative talent and also discuss the challenges of the sector </div><div><br></div><div>Javed Akhtar in his inaugural address talked about the unused potential of creativity and giving it the right impetus.  </div><div><br></div><div>In the panel discussion, that included Atul Churamani, eminent lawyer Priyanka Khemani, Film Director Mayur Puri, Eminent IP lawyer Pravin Anand, Sanjay Tandon and independent Musician, Bollywood singer-composer and Live-Performer Ms Shibani Kashyap, industry experts deliberated and shared their insights on the role of Intellectual Property (IP) and the challenges artists face in today’s digital world.</div><div><br></div><div>Representing the Bollywood music Speaking at FICCI World IP Day 2025, Shibani Kashyap gracefully addressed the significance of Intellectual Property (IP) in the creative world.</div><div><br></div><div>Shibani Kashyap said, “As an artist, I believe in empowering fellow artists by introducing them to organizations like IPRS, where their work can be safeguarded and generate revenue. By leveraging royalties, artists can achieve financial security, similar to a fixed deposit, while ensuring credit for their creations.”</div><div><br></div><div>She further emphasised that I envision a future where royalties contribute significantly to an artist's income – ideally 50% from royalties and 50% from shows providing artists with greater financial stability and recognition.</div>

</div><br></div><div>Mumbai : A feature film depicting the glory and miracles of the Kuldevi of Marwari community "Mahasar Maa" is going to be produced soon. The title of this film, which is being made under the banner of Mahasar Movies, has been kept as "Mahasar Maa" so that along with the community, other devotees can also know about the mother. This film will be directed by Sunny Agarwal, who has been active in Bollywood for many years.</div><div>Recently, the Muhurat of this film was completed with a song at Gravity Studios, Goregaon (Mumbai). On the same occasion, Bollywood's well-known DOP and producer Aseem Bajaj was present to wish the film's team. The music of this film has been composed by Bhimesh Dwivedi and the lyricist is Raman Dwivedi, while singer Divya Kumar has sung the title song.</div><div>The producers of the film are Shridhar Gupta, Deepak Agarwal and the executive producers are Santosh Pansari and Rajkumar Singhal.</div><div>Director Sunny Agarwal said that the shooting of this film will start next month and will be released on the auspicious occasion of Diwali. Apart from Bollywood actors, new actors will also act in the film. Hema Malini and Mukesh Khanna have been contacted but their permission is still awaited.</div><div>Sunny further said that I have made about 50 films but this film will be very good with the blessings of Mahasar Maa. Shridhar Gupta ji has built a temple of Mata and has also built a Dharamshala for the devotees to stay. I have also gone there and found myself fortunate to have the darshan of Maa.</div><div>Producer Shridhar Gupta said that the temple of Mahasar Maa is located in Mahendragarh district of Haryana state. Mata ji is the Kuldevi of thousands of families along with my house and a big fair is organized there every year during both Navratris. According to the belief, devotees of Mata reach to take her blessings at the time of Mundan Sanskar and marriage of their children. We all have seen the miracle of Mahasar Maa directly. I myself was struggling in Mumbai and was living in a financial crisis but I got the blessings of Mata ji and I became prosperous. After the making of this film, people will get to know Mahasar Maa well and will reach her court to seek blessings.</div>
