Mumbai: On Saturday, India Media Link Events Management celebrated Ratan Naval Tata's birthday by cutting a cake at the MIG Cricket Club in Bandra East, on the occasion of Mr. Ratan Tata's birthday.

Ratan Naval Tata is very big name in the field of Industrial Business. Ratan Tata is truly a gem of the Tata Group. He lead the Tata group to a high level under his leadership. Even today, Tata is very active in strengthening the group. He is 82 years old today. Still he is like young, very active towards his groups. During his tenure, the Tata group's revenue grew manifold in 2011-12. In 2008, the Government of India honored him with the Padma Vibhushan, the second highest civilian award.
Ratan Tata was born on 28 December 1937 in Surat, Gujarat to a Parsi family. His father's name was Naval Tata and mother's name was Sonu Tata. His father had two marriages. His step mother's name was Simon Tata. Noel Tata is his half-brother. After pursuing higher education from Cornell and Harvard University, he started to join the Tata group. He is the honorary chairman of Tata Sons, Tata Industries, Tata Motors, Tata Steel and Tata Chemicals.
